Refund Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Our return/refund policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the product was delivered, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we will not be able to send a refund or return the item for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect working conditions and in the same condition that you received it or in a possible working condition. It must also be in the original packaging and we will request a video as proof for the damaged/faulty product.

Please note: The customer takes full responsibility for the return fees unless the product has arrived damaged or non-functioning.

NOTE: For returns or damaged goods or unsatisfied purchases, we will request a video with these details:

  1. Show us the product is fully charged, unplugged and in perfect condition.
  2. Show us the problem in details for damage product/s.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your video is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your video for the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 7 business days. 


Discount items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will expect you to return the other device and you will be responsible for the return charges.



To return your product, you should email our customer support on first before doing anything else. Please don't ship your item until we provide you with the details.


In the situation that your package is delivered to the wrong address that you entered when placing the order, we will not be responsible for this and we will not send a refund. We send an email reminder after every purchase for you to review the shipping address.


When a package is shipped and in transit, we cannot make changes to the shipping address, and we will not offer a refund. Please check on the confirmation email sent immediately after you place an order. If you don't see it, contact support immediately. Please NOTE: We process orders within 2-3 days, so contact us for changes immediately.

In the situation that your package appears delivered, but you did not receive it, contact our customer support or the courier company immediately and they should be able to help with the order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
