"if there were more than 5 stars this product would get it!! This contraption sits nicely on the neck and shoulder area. I suffer from chronic migraine and carry yeldon in my shoulder and neck areas and this massager hits all the right points for me.It comes with controls on the left side where you can adjust the direction to clockwise or counterclockwise as well as the speed. The medium speed was perfect for me and the high speed felt a little more like a deep tissue type of massage. This massager claims you can use it on neck and shoulder neck back, waist, abdomen and thighs. I enjoyed using it on my lower back, neck, shoulder and even mid back. The only downside for me is that you cannot adjust the heat setting. It doesn't get very hot and it is recommended that you only use heat for 15 minutes then let it rest before using it again. I absolutely recommend this massager to anyone even if you don't have pain and just like the neck and shoulder massage to help you relax!"

This massager works great , it has three different speed settings, and a heat option and every minute it changes the direction without me doing anything but just relaxing. Has a car charger if you want to get your massage on while your sitting in traffic and of course comes with a regular house power connector. Keep in mind it's a tad bit heavy, since it has a motor, the material is very comfortable. Overall very happy with this massager. If I could give it more than five stars I would.
